Refund policy
Here's our Return and Refund policy, please read it carefully. If your purchase is covered under a warranty, we'll do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
Parts (non engine/transmission): We charge a 30% restocking fee on any parts returned. Return shipping is to be covered by the customer. If the item is not returned in the same condition when sold, the return will not be accepted.
Cancelled Orders: Cancelled Orders are to be charged a 15% fee.
Yahoo/UpGarage/ Special Japan Orders: For cancelling a special order, there will be a 65% fee of the total cost within Japan due to the fact that it was specifically purchased for you. If we fail to find you the part or you change your mind before we purchase the part, your deposit is 100% refundable.
Damaged item received: If we have a replacement in stock, we will ship it the same day we are notified. If we do not, we will give the customer the option of a refund or store credit.
