Shipping policy

Shipment Processing and Shipping Times:

USA Inventory:

We ship orders same day if placed before 1pm EST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays (unless otherwise stated by the shipping company).

Shipping via UPS Ground: 3-7 days within the US.

 

Japan Inventory:

Orders shipping directly from Japan do have a handling time and may be delayed due to Japanese Holidays. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

PBI Imports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
